Casa Icarus is tastefully and comfortably furnished with 5 double / twin bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with surround sound and plasma screens. Bed linen and bathroom and beach towels are provided. The villa has air conditioning throughout and internet access for emails etc. but does have limited download capability. There is Parking for up to 4 cars outside Casa Icarus. The infinity pool area has 10 sun loungers. There is also a shaded terrace with tables and dining chairs next to the pool. The barbecue area comes equipped with an outdoor sink and fridge perfect for evening dinners on the terrace.

Outdoor & Pool Area

A sweeping staircase from the upper terrace leads you down to the infinity swimming pool and a covered BBQ area with sink, granite work surface, an outdoor fridge and cupboards beneath. Beach towels are provided and the pool and garden area are maintained and cleaned once a week.

The large sun terrace surrounding the pool comfortably provides space for up to ten sun loungers and oz shades and four of the five bedrooms have patio doors to this area. A purpose built shaded terrace provides a cooler area to relax outside.

The villa is set in its own fenced-in mature garden, with a large area of lawn bordered with many flowering shrubs and trees.

The upper floor provides a large open plan dining/lounge area. The plasma TV has a special box to get BBC, ITV and the radio via the internet. There are CD and DVD players, Playstation 3, wi-fi and air conditioning. Sliding doors open out to the upper terrace which is also accessed via the kitchen on this floor.

If you are travelling with small children, a cot , highchair and stair gates can be provided given prior notice.

A cleaning service is provided twice a week.

Air conditioning is free of charge in the summer months but there will be a small charge in the winter months. The pool heating is free of charge in the winter months but there will be a small charge in the summer months.

The thoughtfully designed kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, double sink, oven and separate hob, extractor fan, micro-wave oven and breakfast bar. Sliding doors open out onto the upper terrace making this an ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining at the large family table outside.

The property has five bedrooms across two floors, all with flat screen TV’s. The exceptional master suite opens onto the infinity pool and has a dressing area, double bed and large en-suite complete with shower, bidet, toilet, double sinks and sunken Jacuzzi bath.

There are four further twin rooms, three of which open onto the pool terrace. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite facilities while the other two share a large family bathroom. All bedrooms are connected to the villa sound system, have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/heating units.

The bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
