Air conditioning is included from 20th June – 4th September 2018 but pool heating is an extra £120 per week (£80 for a pre heat week) during these weeks, if required.

Pool heating is included from 28th March – 19th June and from 5th September – 6th November 2018 but air conditioning is an extra £80 per week during this period, if required.

Though the Villa is for 10 people there are special rates for fewer guests in all but the peak season -  guide rates are shown as above.

Please note that if you are 6 people you may occupy the whole villa - extra bedrooms are not locked so for a party of 5 people each person could have their own bedroom.

TAXI RATES FOR 2018

From Faro Airport to Casa Icarus:
FOR 10 - €100,00 (+/- £87)
FOR 4  - €75,00 (+/-£65).
Some people like the convenience of a taxi at the airport for the whole party and a hired car delivered to the villa. Other people decide to hire a car at the airport but it is not large enough for everyone and their cases so decide to book a taxi as well.
